KUALA LUMPUR: Stone Master Corp Bhd managing director Datuk Koh Mui Tee is leading an 11th-hour bid to block the group’s extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for today, saying that the meeting is invalid as it was not “substantially and procedurally called for”.

“[The EGM] seriously affects the fundamental rights of shareholders and the company will not recognise the validity of the meeting,” Koh said, adding that the marble and granite products manufacturer has filed an injunction to stop the EGM.
