Pet owners love to teach their dogs new tricks. Run, jump, roll over. All the classics. Teaching a dog to smile isn't one of the classics, but maybe it should be.

This week, Rachel Ebel posted a picture of her Dalmatian, Griffin, on Reddit showing off his smile.  Ebel, a photographer from South Dakota, had the idea to train her dog to smile after learning it was a unique trait to the breed.

"I spent absolutely ridiculous amounts of time cruising the #dalmatiansmile hashtag on Instagram, immediately deciding it was one of the funniest things I'd ever seen," Ebel said in an email. Read more...
