The successor to Samsung's explosive Galaxy Note 7 is could be here soon.

Citing an unnamed source, Reuters reports Samsung plans to hold a launch event in New York City for the much-awaited Galaxy Note 8 smartphone in the second half of August. The report also says the Note 8 will have a curved screen that's is a bit larger than the 6.2-inch Galaxy S8+. However, the Note 8 will have dual-camera system on the back, similar to camera systems on the iPhone 7 Plus or OnePlus 5 (the S8 and S8+ have a single rear camera)
