Chaotic scenes unfolded at Manchester Arena in the UK during an Ariana Grande concert Monday amid reports of an explosion at the famous music venue. Local police said there are "a number of confirmed fatalities."

Videos on Twitter showed concertgoers running from the stands and screaming as police warned people to avoid the area.
